Project Focus

CERTAIN addresses the need for healthcare-focused networking solutions that connect medical device safety requirements to concrete network policies, service levels, monitoring, and evaluation methods for NextG-enabled medical device functions.

The project will develop and demonstrate a platform that integrates real-time medical device safety reasoning with telemetry-driven network diagnostics and management. Its goal is to help reduce barriers to advanced connectivity in healthcare, including remote and home-based care.
